Trailer Mounted Pump Operation Precautions：

1. Operation Precautions
A. The pump is only allowed to operate within the specified parameters;
b. The pump is not allowed to operate when the spit valve is closed or closed to a small opening. Otherwise, the pump will heat up and reduce the life. If the pump is installed in a parallel system, each pump must be operated with specific parameters to ensure pump flow;
c. The pump cannot close the suction port valve. Otherwise, the pump will dry and dry, resulting in damage to the pump parts;
d. The pump conveying medium should not contain air or gas, otherwise the flow and head of the pump will not be accurately measured, and the damaged parts will be produced.

2. Check before starting the pump
A. Before starting the pump, first rotate the rotor to check whether the rotor is flexible.
B. Check whether the connection of all bolts and pipeline leads is tight and the safety around the pump;
C. Check that all instruments, valves and instruments are normal.
D. Check the position of the oil ring and the oil level of the oil level gauge is normal;
E. Check if the steering of the motor is consistent with the steering of the pump.



3. The pump start
A. Open the suction valve of the pump and the valve of the water seal water pipeline;
B. Close the outlet gate valve and pressure gauge cock of the pump; use the liquid or vacuum system to remove the air in the suction pipe and the pump body; do not allow the machine to start when there is no liquid in the pump, otherwise the parts will be damaged.
C. Start the motor. After the pump is running normally, open the pressure gauge cock, slowly open the pump outlet gate valve, observe the indication of the pressure gauge and switch, and control the pump's given head according to the outlet pressure gauge reading.

4. The pump operation
A. There is no cooling device for this type of pump rolling bearing. The temperature rise of the bearing reflects the assembly quality of the pump. The temperature rise of the bearing should not be higher than the ambient temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature should not be higher than 75 degrees Celsius;
B. There is a certain axial movement of the pump rotor of this type during operation, and the clearance value between the end faces of the two couplings of the motor and the water pump should be ensured;
C. The pump should check the speed of the instrument, the pump and the wear of the impeller, seal ring, guide vane sleeve, balance disc and bushing at regular intervals during operation. When the wear is too large, it should be replaced in time. In addition, monitor the flow, head, temperature and lubrication of the pump; when the pump fails, stop the pump and refer to the troubleshooting table for repair.
