Suction trailer pump position requirements
The location of the suction trailer pump should be flat and solid, with no obstacles around it, no high-voltage transmission lines above. Should support the legs and keep the body level and stable. When feeding with the boom, the inclination of the fuselage must not exceed 3°. The suction pump should display a parking light to avoid collision.
Portable water suction pumps are strictly prohibited from being parked on slopes.
Pump pre-work inspection
(1) The fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and water tank are fully added, the tire pressure is in compliance with the regulations, and the lighting and signal indicators are well-equipped;
(2) The hydraulic system is working normally, the pipeline is leak-free; the washing pump is well equipped;
(3) The transfer line is firmly connected and sealed.
Pumping pipe
(1) The horizontal pumping pipe should be buried in a straight line.
(2) The vertical pumping pipe shall not be directly attached to the output port of the pump. A horizontal pipe of not less than 20m in length shall be installed at the front end of the vertical pipe, and a check valve shall be installed at the pump near the horizontal pipe.
(3) When laying down the inclined pipe, a horizontal pipe should be installed on the output port, the length of which should not be less than 5 times the height difference of the inclined pipe. When the inclination is large, the exhaust valve should be installed at the upper end of the slope.
(4) The pumping pipeline shall be supported and fixed. A wooden mat shall be provided between the pipeline and the fixed object for buffering. It shall not be directly connected with the steel bar or the formwork. The pipe and the pipe shall be firmly connected; the pipe joint and the clamp shall be fastened and sealed. No leakage shall be allowed; the worn pipe shall not be installed in the high pressure zone at the rear end.
(5) After the pumping pipeline is laid, a withstand voltage test shall be carried out.
