Three. hopper inspection
1. After the pumping is completed, the hopper should be cleaned up, and there should be no accumulation of materials. Otherwise, the lower part of the S tube may be worn or worn away.
2. Each time the pumping is completed, the hinge elbow must be opened to clean the recess in the S tube to prevent the next pumping from being blocked!
3. Check the gap between the cutting ring and the glasses plate every day, to check whether the cutting ring is damaged. The cutting ring is easy to wear on the two sides in the moving direction because it needs to be cut in the reciprocating motion of the S tube. It only protects the wear-resistant electrode part of the hard alloy surfacing. When it is found to be worn, please turn the cutting ring down 90° in time. You can remove the cutting ring and use the 707 electrode for surfacing, so you can reduce the cost.
4. The wear of the mixing blade will cause the suction of the pump to be poor, and the accumulation of material at the bottom of the hopper will increase. Please change the mixing blade in time. If you want to weld the mixing blade, keep the distance between the blade and the hopper wall not less than 5 cm. Otherwise it will cause the hopper to wear through.
5. The transition part between the glasses plate and the conveying cylinder is equipped with a transition sleeve. Please check frequently. If the wear is severe, the height is lower than the conveying cylinder. Please change the transition sleeve in time, otherwise it will affect the life of the conveying cylinder.
6. It is strictly forbidden to wrap the stirring motor. Check the observation hole of the stirring motor base every day to check whether it leaks.



Four. Reducer
1. The speed reducer is filled with viscosity. The dosage is about 4 liters. It is required to change for 500 hours or half a year.
2. (Monthly) Unscrew the vent hood and check the oil supply through the oil connection and the oil pipeline to prevent oil shortage.
3. Apply grease to the surface of the gear in the rotary reduction mechanism every month.
4. Lubricate the slewing bearing with a grease gun per 15 days through the grease fitting on the fueling seat.

Reducer maintenance steps
1. Let the rotary reducer work for a period of time, the temperature rises by 30 degrees, unscrew the reducer oil drain screw plug, run the old oil off, and tighten the screw plug!
2. Clean the area around the reducer with a cloth.
3. Unscrew the vent cover and the oil level screw plug and fill the oil through the oil filler joint (about 4 liters) until the oil hole has clean oil out.
4. Tighten the oil level screw plug and cover the ventilation cover.
