First. Pumping mechanism part
Before using the car, fill the washing room with clean tap water. When the outside temperature is lower than 30 degrees, you can add about one-third of the waste hydraulic oil to increase the lubrication effect!
1. After the pumping is completed, screw the open water rubber block, discharge the water in the washing chamber, and remove the piston for cleaning and inspection;
2, keep the washing room clean, the cylinder rod is not allowed to deposit dirt.
3. When it is found that the water in the washing chamber is turbid, the sealing body should be replaced;
4. When the water temperature is too high during the pumping process, please change the water in time.
Second. S tube and agitator shaft lubrication
1. Maintain good lubrication of the agitator shaft and the size of the bearing housing. Good lubrication can increase the service life of the parts (the labor intensity during maintenance is very high). In summer, use the "00" non-pressure and semi-fluid lithium grease. In order to ensure its fluidity under low temperature conditions, please use "000" type lithium grease in winter.
2. Automatic lubrication method, it is required to check the oil level in the oil tank at all times, timely refueling and observe the working state of the grease distribution valve behind the hopper. The long-term overflow of the pointer indicates that the lubrication point is blocked, such as the long-term overflow of the pointer during the pumping process. Please remove the grease tube to avoid other lubrication points and block it together. After the work is finished, clean and clear the oil line that blocks the lubrication point.
3. When filling the grease, keep the filling container clean and do not allow dirt (such as wood chips, paper scraps, etc.) to enter the lubrication system.
